SYMPTOMS
========
When you use a Hewlett-Packard (HP) 1200C DeskJet color printer with
Windows NT, text in a colored box does not print. If you change the color
in the box to gray scale, the text prints correctly.
WORKAROUND
==========
The only workaround for this problem is to print documents with text in a
colored box from Windows 3.1.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
Advanced Server version 3.1. We are researching this problem and will post
new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes
available.
